Leadership Academy

Compel Leadership Academy exists to form and equip leaders who reflect Jesus and use their influence to help others become passionate followers of Christ. This is a six week leadership development experience for current and emerging leaders who want to grow in their ability to lead, serve, and develop others.

What to Expect

Through practical teaching, workshop style discussions, and a leadership assessment, participants will explore biblical leadership, personal character, relational influence, healthy conflict, Compel’s leadership culture, and the example of Jesus as the Shepherd Leader.
