Meet your Campus Pastor
Jay Williams serves as the Olive Branch Campus Pastor at Compel Church. Originally from Southaven, Mississippi, Jay is married to Bethany, and together they have one son. After graduating from The University of Mississippi, Jay moved back home and began working in marketing. Finding a local church was one of his first priorities, and after attending Compel, he knew it was where the Lord wanted him to call home.
After serving faithfully, Jay felt the Lord call him into full-time ministry in January 2020. Over the past six years, he has had the opportunity to grow alongside families in the Olive Branch community, many of whom he has watched grow from their youth years into young adulthood. Jay has a heart for the Olive Branch community and especially loves how down-to-earth the people are. He also values the spiritual depth of the congregation, which comes from the diversity of the community across ages, backgrounds, and life stages.
Outside of ministry, you can find Jay on the golf course or at a golf simulator, playing with his son, cooking with his wife, or simply enjoying the people God places in his path.

Connect Groups at Compel Church are opportunities to connect with people who share your interests, who are at a similar stage in life, or who have experience in an area where you would like to grow. A group is 3-12 people who meet regularly at various times and locations.
