Equip is a one-year training program designed to prepare followers of Christ for a life of ministry. God has given each of us unique gifts to honor Him and bless others. Through practical teaching, spiritual formation, and hands-on experience, Equip helps students know God more deeply, understand themselves more clearly, and use their God-given gifts to live a life of lasting impact. For those who want to go even deeper, a second-year track is available, offering focused training in either discipleship or ministry leadership. Whether you’re just starting out or ready to take the next step, Equip exists to equip God’s people to live on mission.

In-person classes with interactive learning

Requirements

Must be a committed follower of Christ
Must be a member of Compel Church (or in the process of membership)
A strong desire to grow spiritually and develop ministry skills
Completion of the Discover class
Willingness to engage in the community and contribute to group learning
A heart for serving others and living out the mission of the church
Ability to commit to weekly attendance and active participation in the program
Open to feedback and personal growth through spiritual formation
