Equip is a ministry training program with a one-year core and an optional second year for advanced leadership development. Through practical teaching, spiritual formation, and hands-on experience, students grow in their relationship with God, discover their calling, and learn to use their gifts for a life of lasting impact.

Year two offers focused training in discipleship or ministry leadership and involves a deeper time and financial commitment. Whether you are just starting out or ready to take your next step, Equip exists to equip God’s people to live on mission!

Requirements

Must be a committed follower of Christ
Must be a member of Compel Church (or in the process of membership)
A strong desire to grow spiritually and develop ministry skills
Willingness to engage in the community and contribute to group learning
A heart for serving others and living out the mission of the church
Ability to commit to weekly attendance and active participation in the program
Open to feedback and personal growth through spiritual formation

$200.00 per semester (1st year)
$600.00 per semester (2nd year)
