What is the Dream Team?

The Dream Team is more than a group of people who serve on the weekends. It’s a community of people who have discovered their gifts, found a place to use them, and are making a difference in the lives of others through Compel Church.

From creating a welcoming environment to serving the next generation, leading worship, helping behind the scenes, and so much more, there’s a place for you to use what God has given you to bless others and build His church.

“God has given each of you a gift from his great variety of spiritual gifts. Use them well to serve one another. Do you have the gift of speaking? Then speak as though God himself were speaking through you. Do you have the gift of helping others? Do it with all the strength and energy that God supplies. Then everything you do will bring glory to God through Jesus Christ. All glory and power to him forever and ever! Amen.” – 1 Peter 4:10-11

Guest Services encompasses all things guests related. This includes our Parking, Greeters, Cafe, Info Center, Ushers, Refresh, and Hospitality Team!

Creative includes all things production, as well as our content team! If you enjoy being behind the scenes, taking pictures of all the things going on at Compel, either of these teams would be a great fit for you!

Compel Kids and Compel Kids Jr.

From the little ones in Compel Kids Jr. to the big kids in Compel Kids, each of these environments gives you an opportunity to invest into the Next Generation of little ones!

Compel Youth

Compel Youth is for 6th grade all the way through 12th grade! Each month they have a unique Wednesday night experience called Youth Night, as well as Youth Groups on Sundays! They also have retreats for both Middle and High School! Join this team to invest in the leaders of today!

Operations

Operations includes all things MERT which stands for Medical Emergency Response Team, as well as taking care/protecting everyone and serving on the security team!

Missions

Missions and Outreach is reaching those that are outside of the walls of our campuses! This looks like serving at God Behind Bars in Henning, TN, or reaching those that are underserved right here in DeSoto County at the DeSoto County Dream Center! Each one of these gives you a unique opportunity to serve those outside of Compel Church in the community!

Vision Partners

Vision Partners are fully committed individuals with the spiritual gift of generosity. They prayerfully commit to give over and above their tithes to accelerate the ongoing mission and vision of the church. Expressed through people, places, projects and partners, these efforts are intended to fulfill the call of Compel Church to bring Hope around the corner and across the world!
