What is the Dream Team?
At Compel, our Dream Team is the natural next step in ministry for those looking for a way to get involved! Without each of you serving on a team, we would not be who we are as Compel Church!
10 God has given each of you a gift from his great variety of spiritual gifts. Use them well to serve one another. 11 Do you have the gift of speaking? Then speak as though God himself were speaking through you. Do you have the gift of helping others? Do it with all the strength and energy that God supplies. Then everything you do will bring glory to God through Jesus Christ. All glory and power to him forever and ever! Amen. – 1 Peter 4:10-11
Guest Services
Guest Services encompasses all things guests related. This includes our Parking, Greeters, Cafe, Info Center, Ushers, Refresh, and Hospitality Team!
Creative
Creative includes all things worship, production, as well as our content team! If you loving being on the stage, taking pictures of all the things going on at Compel, or you love being behind the scenes, any of these teams would be a great fit for you!
Compel Kids + Compel Kids Jr
From the little ones in Compel Kids Jr. to the big kids in Compel Kids, each of these environments gives you an opportunity to invest into the Next Generation of little ones!
Compel Youth
Compel Youth is for 6th grade all the way through 12th grade! Each month they have a unique Wednesday night experience called Youth Night, as well as Youth Groups on Sundays! They also have retreats for both Middle and High School! Join this team to invest in the leaders of today!
Operations
Operations includes all things MERT which stands for Medical Emergency Response Team, as well as taking care/protecting everyone and serving on the security team!
Missions/Outreach
Missions and Outreach is reaching those that are outside of the walls of our campuses! This looks like serving at God Behind Bars in Henning, TN, or reaching those that are underserved right here in DeSoto County at the DeSoto County Dream Center! Each one of these gives you a unique opportunity to serve those outside of Compel Church in the community!
