We’ve heard of the viral trend “hot girl” walks where women take brisk walks with weighted vests. Well this is a “holy girl” walk! Ladies, we will meet at my neighborhood lake community center and take a brisk walk with or without a weighted vest! This will be on Wednesday evenings to catch God’s handiwork of the sunset on the lake while giving us time to prioritize our health, reflect, and connect with other Compel sisters. I can’t wait to share my favorite part of my day with you! I promise it’ll be the most fantastic sight. Paddle boarding on the lake will also be available for an after walk activity to anyone who is interested!
