If you have never joined a running group because you are too slow, too scared, too old, or have never run a whole mile, then this is your running group. This group will meet once a week and run/walk a 5K using the Jeff Galloway (interval) running method. This will also be a time to explore how running can become a valuable tool in your spiritual journey. Runs will take place on Monday nights at 5:30pm at the Field of Dreams parking lot at Snowden Grove.
